It is an immersive bubble tea-themed exhibition happening for 2 months in Singapore. TBTF is extended by one month till 18 Jan 2020!

You'll need to purchase a ticket online via Eventbrite. Click on the Get Tickets button to get the ticket. Once this is completed you'll receive an email from Eventbrite with your tickets.

Each ticket admits one, and entitles you to ONE complimentary free cup of bubble tea from our curated vendors.

Each visit typically takes 45mins-1hour.

Travel light! There will not be any storage facilities at TBTF for excess baggage. For safety concerns, we regret that we may refuse entry to any persons carrying bags larger than a regular backpack.

There’s no age restriction as long as you love bubble tea! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and under supervision at all times.

The building and some of our rooms are wheelchair accessible, but please note that some activities and rooms may not be accessible-friendly. If you have any questions before your visit, please contact us through the contact button at the top.

Strollers are not permitted in the exhibit due to the sometimes intimate layout of the exhibition area.

Due to safety concerns and the intimate layout of the exhibition area, pets are not permitted inside the venue.

There are no restrooms available inside TBTF. We suggest our visitors visit the restrooms available in the mall before starting your TBTF experience!

Of course! Capture your best memories with your camera or your phone. However, please note that selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted. These photos for your personal keepsake. If you wish to do a commercial shoot, please contact us to make arrangements.

We strongly recommend booking online to guarantee entry. Tickets sold on-site will include a $2 handling fee per ticket.

Not necessary! After you purchase a ticket, you will receive an email with the ticket and QR code attached. Present this when you arrive at The Bubble Tea Factory to register.

Nope! Each QR code can only be scanned once. Do keep your email and QR code safe with you!
